A.O. Reed is performing both the plumbing and HVAC on this project utilizing the Design-Build delivery method for UCSD's East Campus Graduate Student Housing project. This project consists of multiple buildings with over 400, two bedroom housing units and a six story parking structure.

This 20 story, 184 unit assisted living facility is owned by Hyatt and includes underground parking, restaurants, kitchens, retail stores and recreational facilities. A.O. Reed's scope of work includes both plumbing and HVAC. This is the second tower of a two tower project.

Qualcomm Central Plant Building "P"
This project includes expanding Qualcomm's existing Building "P" Central Plant by increasing the chiller capacity by 1300 tons with the addition of a new absorption chiller and increasing their Co-Generation capacity by 4Mw with a new turbine generator.

On this project A.O. Reed assisted in the construction of two 3-story buildings of approximately 10,000 square feet. The HVAC consists of nine rooftop Energy Labs packaged units, VAV boxes, DDC controls and sound considerations for a state of the art auditorium.

A 48,000 square foot, two story, Student Center consisting of a kitchen, dining area, reading rooms, study rooms and game areas. The HVAC includes two Energy Labs air handling units, VAV system with DDC controls and linear diffusers for sound considerations.

This is a new 6 level parking structure serving the new hospital consisting of an elaborate storm drain system and air conditioning of the elevator rooms.
