Our service team’s tenure averages over nine years; it is not unusual for some to be here for over half of their lifetime. Our service technicians are versatile, well-trained craftsmen that meet every customer’s unique set of expectations.

Sophisticated Reporting

A.O. Reed keeps our customers informed about the status of each service call in a detailed, organized format. From the customers’ perspective, the technicians’ report gives a detailed description of each asset on the jobsite. Each preventive maintenance and service request will be documented with pictures, a written description, and, in some cases, an audio/ video recording. A manager review will then follow to ensure services are completed, and a copy of the electronic record is sent to the customer. If there are deficiencies found, they will be documented and quoted by the technicians or project manager.

The project manager will work closely with the customer to understand their goal for each asset, property, and ownership. We guarantee each need or request is customized to their expectations.

A.O. Reed integrates a web-based service management platform with a 24-hour hotline for customers’ emergency HVAC or plumbing needs. When our service professionals answer the service and emergency calls, they will have full access to all assets under our preventive maintenance programs.
