The pre-construction and engineering teams collaborate with all departments at A.O. Reed to ensure the systems are constructible and efficient for our customers’ needs.
Sales and marketing teams analyze the HVAC and plumbing systems during the request for proposal stage to fill in gaps and complete the operable system. This allows us to provide a complete budget and meet project requirements. From there, we develop detailed conceptual HVAC and plumbing estimates for our clients.
Once we are awarded a project, our team works very closely with the project engineer to develop the project design and specifications for approval. During this process, A.O. Reed maintains the project program and budget.
Our project management department is actively involved during pre-construction to ensure all information is carried out through final construction.
Design Build / Design Assist
The design-build/ design-assist process revolves around a collaborative approach between the owner, general contractor, design team, and our experienced team. We identify challenges, devise solutions, and find ways to save time and reduce costs. By getting involved early, A.O. Reed can ensure the highest quality mechanical systems and installations are in place.
