A.O. Reed Holiday Parties 2024

The Holiday Season is one of A.O. Reed’s favorite times of the year! Getting into the festive spirit, we hosted a holiday party for each office. We utilized this time to step back from work and thank our hardworking team! Together, we reflect on our success and the relationships we have built along the way.

All employees were invited to their offices, where we served carne and pollo asada tacos, salads, and beverages. Each party held a raffle where winners could receive gifts ranging from Bose headphones, gift cards to local restaurants, TVs, and more! The holidays are not only about receiving gifts but also giving back to the community. A.O. Reed hosted our annual blood drive at the San Diego office. Overall, the team donated 50 units of blood to the hospitals. The donated blood will save 150 lives. We also coordinated an annual toy drive where all items were donated to Toys for Tots. In addition, A.O. Reed offered all employees a free ham, turkey, or gift cards for the holidays. This tradition allows us to do our part in celebrating the holiday season with our employees and their families.

The party is a great time to step back from the jobsite or office and really build personal relationships with our employees. At A.O. Reed, we are more than a place to come to work every day, but a community as well. It’s amazing to see multiple generations of family members attending the holiday parties. It’s common to see grandfathers with their grandchildren, parents with their children, and aunts/ uncles with their nieces/ nephews. We are proud of the fact that our general foremen average 20 years working at A.O. Reed. Some of our team members have over 30 years of experience working at the company, and A.O. Reed is their sole employer. The company has built a community that supports each other on and off the jobsites. These relationships make the company the best mechanical contractor in Southern California!

In 2024, we had a lot to be thankful for! We have gained two offices in Los Angeles and Anaheim. This expands our presence up north and adds process piping capabilities to the company. We are proud of our success in 2024 and look forward to an even greater 2025!
