Internships at A.O. Reed

We want to train individuals what it’s like working in the construction industry. A.O. Reed provides internships in pre-construction and construction. As part of A.O. Reed’s tradition, we want to pass along our knowledge in mechanical contracting specializing in HVAC and plumbing to the next generation.

As a company, we are more than a contractor, we build our employees to become the best version of themselves. Working alongside the leaders of construction and pre-construction, our interns will be ready to pursue all aspects of the field. Interns will gain an in-depth experience working with the best in Southern California. A.O. Reed immerses our interns in tasks to provide their computer skills, engineering designs, and construction concepts.
