WHAT IS THE ECRP?
Opportunity is abounding at A.O. Reed! In response, A.O. Reed is launching the Employee Candidate Referral Program. This program is set up as a way for an A.O. Reed employee (you) to refer and advocate for a candidate applying to certain open, non-union positions that 1) will fit the qualifications for the job and 2) will practice A.O. Reed’s core values. If the candidate is hired and working at A.O. Reed for more than 30 days, their advocate will get a $1,000 (taxable) reward for their recommendation. Please note this is more than just passing along an individual’s contact information. You will be recommending their experience and character to qualify for this program. A.O.
