    • 12,000 square ft. whale pool, PE piping up to 36″ dia., extremely tight requiring extensive coordination to make the runs to the saltwater filtration system and ozone generation system. Installed 2-122 ton air cooled chillers for the whale life support system cooling and four package units for the viewing area and support building.

    • Theater I: Construction of a 2-story shell for a theater tenant improvement. Plumbing included site drainage, roof drains, sump pump system, sanitary waste and building water.

    • Theater II: 50,000 SF, four motion based rides, 100 tons AC, 200 MBH hot water boiler, VAV system, 240 gpm cooling tower, hydraulic lines. Plumbing for two public restrooms.

  • Penguin Encounter

    • 650 Kw Cogen plant, at engine, absorption chiller; Direct expansion cooling system for penguin ice, air, and water cooling.
