Steve Andrade
Chief Executive Officer
Steve brings 45 years of experience in construction operations and management at A.O. Reed & Co. He began his career in 1972 as an apprentice plumber. Over the years, his deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems supported his progression through various key roles, including Journeyman Plumber, Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Engineer.
In 1980, Steve was promoted to Executive Vice President, overseeing all field operations. By 1991, he succeeded his father, Ed, as President of A.O. Reed. On January 1, 2015, Steve transitioned the presidency to David Clarkin and continued to serve as CEO and Chairman until September 2023. He now holds the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Steve’s educational background includes studies at San Diego Mesa College and the University of California, San Diego.
