Holiday Luau Party 2022

On December 16th, A.O. Reed hosted a Holiday Luau Party for our employees. The majority of our employees attended this event. A.O. Reed employs a lot of family members. It was not unusual to see multiple generations of employees at the event. We provided live music, food, games, and raffle prizes. The raffle prizes included a Traeger smoker, 65-inch TVs, and much more! The carne asada was cooked by our employees and retirees. 

This was the largest holiday party A.O. Reed hosted. We wanted to use this time to show our gratitude and appreciation for every employee. The holiday party allows employees to build connections outside the working environment. In a recent survey, over 80% of our employees choose to stay with A.O. Reed for a number of factors, but one of them is the company culture. Our team is why A.O. Reed has an excellent reputation in the industry. Happy Holidays!
