Golden Gate Partnership Recognition 2024
A.O. Reed is proud to share that our team has been recognized by the Cal/OSHA Consultation Services Branch with the Golden Gate Partnership Recognition 2024. This honor was awarded for our commitment to jobsite safety during the Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center Expansion Tower Project.
This recognition highlights the strength of our Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and our initiative-taking approach to workplace safety. The Golden Gate Recognition is given to employers who go beyond regulatory compliance. It acknowledges those who actively engage employees, identify potential hazards, and build a safety culture rooted in communication, training, and accountability.
On this large-scale healthcare project, our field and safety teams worked closely together to implement the best practices and reduce risk at every stage of construction. From the project kickoff through final installation, safety is at the front of mind in every plan, task, and decision. The recognition from Cal/OSHA, California’s leading safety authority, reinforces the high standards we hold across all jobsites.
Safety has always been a core part of our operations. Our foremen, tradespeople, and safety personnel consistently use the safest, most efficient methods to get the job done the right way. The Golden Gate Recognition highlights more than compliance; it reflects a company-wide commitment to safety as an integral part of project delivery. That same level of care and professionalism has guided us since 1914.
At A.O. Reed, we remain committed to advancing our safety culture, strengthening our teams, and continuing to deliver exceptional work across Southern California.
