Cal SMACNA Safety Award 2022

A.O. Reed is proud to have received the Cal SMACNA safety award for 2022. This award is for mechanical contractors who have completed over 100,001 manhours with impeccable safety records. A.O. Reed received this award at the Cal SMACNA conference in Dana Point on April 12th – 15th. This three-day conference included many events to boost networking, provide information about the organization, and learn great business tactics.

The Cal SMACNA’s 57th Annual Convention hosted representatives from all over California. Located at the Monarch Beach Resort in Orange County, the event hosted over 200 companies and their representatives for the convention. A.O. Reed’s representatives participated in networking events, banquets, receptions, and an 80’s themed dance party. The event also hosted several workshops to improve business practices. The conferences discussed SMACNA's present and future plans. A golf tournament was also included in the event agenda to allow representatives to bond outside and enjoy Dana Point’s scenic views.

A.O. Reed hires the best fabricators and installers in our industry through SMACNA. In our history, we have worked with this organization and built great projects in Southern California. We are proud to have attended the 57th Annual Convention and looking forward to participating in the future!
