Holiday Party 2023

On December 8th, A.O. Reed hosted our annual holiday party for our employees. Every year, we keep pushing our record amount. This year, we accounted for over 800 employees. The event was centered around a winter wonderland theme! We provided food, live music, turkey/ham distribution, and raffle prizes. The raffle prizes ranged from gift cards to favorite San Diego restaurants to winning a Traeger smoker. We also provide free turkeys and hams for our employees to get in the holiday season.

This year, we had special guests from our parent company, Legence. Legence’s CEO, Jeff Sprau, and President, Steve Hansen, made a special appearance at the event. Also, the Los Angeles Therma team attended the event.

A.O. Reed uses this event to check in with our employees and to take a break from work to enjoy each other’s company. This time allows coworkers from every department to socialize with one another and bond outside of the jobsite. The A.O. Reed Holiday party is a great way to jumpstart the holiday season!
