Ballpark Village

This project involved the 37-story high-rise with 436 apartment complex and the three floors of underground parking. The first floor included 120,000 square feet of retail space, two pools, fitness center, and three community spaces. Three maintenance rooms included heat exchangers, pumps, expansion tanks to supply the tower.
