A.O. Reed’s Sheet Metal Shops fabricate high-quality ductwork and specialty components for projects across Southern California. Our shop produces custom rectangular duct, round duct, spiral duct, grease duct, adapter curbs, and provides welding and spooling services to support a wide range of project needs. From duct supports and hangers to specialty fabrication, our team delivers precision, quality, and reliability every step of the way. With a trusted network of more than 100 vendors, we ensure materials are sourced and delivered efficiently to keep projects on schedule.
Design to Delivery
Once a job is designed and approved, our team of detailers works out all design issues using state-of-the-art CAD and Revit models. This allows us to make changes and interact with other trades using the same model. Once the detailing is finalized, the model is tailored to our shop fabrication standards while also accounting for the unique field installation requirements. This minimizes scrap and ensures that the field install goes smoothly with minimal delays. We then fabricate all necessary items in-house using top-of-the-line machinery from around the world. Once fabrication is complete, we load it onto our semi-trucks for on-time delivery to the jobsite.
